Ocean Park is one other Theme Park in Hong Kong.  We almost missed the bus stop getting here but luckily the bus driver announced it over his PA system that we had to get out of the bus.  SO the top picture shows the entrance to the Park, there were doing construction work on the road at that time.  The Map shows the whole Park area, by the way there are two sections one is at the base of the Hill and the other is on top.. (used that cable car getting up there) it was scary, i mean rocks and the ocean below and the steep climb .. i prayed the whole way up.  Most of the rides are up on the Hill section .. and the best one .. Hair Raiser.. It’s actually situated right at the edge and really if that ever breaks it’s down the rocky slope into the ocean.. :( .. been there done that, it was great .. didn’t careless about the other rides.. Last stop.. the Panda Lair.. i don’t think i’ve ever seen one in real life.. so i was excited .. seriously. :) the name was Jia Jia.. and she(i thinks) was eating tapioca..

How To Get There

hopped onto the MTR and got to the Mickey Train to get to Disneyland Hong Kong, the windows were Mickey Shaped how cool and they had a statue of Jiminy Cricket close to where i was sitting. As usual they have the Disney Boardwalk where they sold almost everything disney.. “duh” .. i really liked the Golden Mickey show which also featured the Hunchback of Notre Dame.  It was extra wonderful cuz they had a Christmas parade through the Boardwalk and a very tall Christmas tree..  if you asked me the best time to visit Disneyland Hong Kong it would definitely be around Christmas time.. SO many colors.. just gets you into the spirit of Christmas…

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!

We slept overnight waiting for the Salinatan River to subside..

sunrise was great and the fresh smell of the Rainforest

an urban legend here  says not to talk about food when you’re on the boat, crocodiles can hear you and you’ll end up being their snack..
